Booking & Availability:
How can I check availability?
You can check live availability and book on our Book us page in the top right hand cover of the page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments for direct bookings. Please refer to your booking confirmation for payment details.
Accommodation:
What accommodation do you offer?
We offer:
Camping pitches (electric and non-electric)
Glamping tents
Furnished tents
Self catering Gites
Do your camping pitches have electricity?
Yes. We have 6 electric pitches and 6 non-electric pitches.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Our glamping tents and gîtes include bed linen and towels.
Arrival & Departure
What time is check-in?
Check in is open from 3pm. Reception closes at 9pm. If you think you will arrive after 9pm, drop as an email or SMS and we can send you directions to your accommodation.
What time is check-out?
We ask you to check-out of your accommdation by 10.30am, and oyu are welcome ot stay on site and make the most of the facilities until midday.
Can I arrive early?
If you want ot arrive early then please email us and ask directly, and where possible we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Facilities
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, we have a heated outdoor swimming pool available for guests.
Is the swimming pool private?
No. The pool is shared by all guests staying at Fonclaire Holidays.
Can we invite friends and family to join us around the pool?
If you would like to invite friends or family on site, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your needs
Do you have a campers' kitchen?
Yes, we have a fully equipped campers' kitchen as well as a lakeside summer kitchen and BBQ area.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes. Breakfast can be pre-ordered during your stay. Full details can be found in our digital Guest Guide.
Do you have a shop?
Yes. Our small on-site shop stocks drinks, ice creams, snacks and everyday essentials.
Dogs:
Are dogs welcome?
Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome when you book a camping pitch only, we do not allow dogs in our gites or tents I’m afriad.
We cannot accept dogs classified as Category 1 or Category 2 (dangerous dogs) under French legislation.
Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the campsite, and cleaned up after please.
Fishing & Activities:
Can guests go fishing?
Yes. We have two on-site fishing lakes:
Family fishing lake
Carp fishing lake (15–35 lb)
Fishing is exclusively for guests staying at Fonclaire Holidays.

Yes. Free parking is available for guests.
